Fixed term to 31 March 2026 (may be extended subject to funding)

£22,689 - £23,223 (FTE) (£13,614 - £14,330 actual)

Purpose of Role
As a Welfare Benefits Caseworker you’ll manage a client caseload. You’ll check benefit entitlement and eligibility, complete forms and provide assistance to challenge welfare benefit decisions, including via written submission and/or representation at Tribunal hearings.
You will need:
a minimum of 1 years recent experience of welfare benefits advice work (essential)
knowledge and experience of undertaking casework (desirable)
to be self motivated with good organisational skills, in order to meet deadlines
excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills, with the ability to draft written submissions and represent clients at First Tier Tribunal
