  • A free service that is confidential, impartial, and non-judgemental
  • A service that is available to all regardless of class, race, gender, sexual identity, culture or income
  • Information that is accurate, unbiased and presented in  a clear manner
  • Provision of written notes, booklets or Information System printouts where appropriate
  • Assistance in planning future action where necessary
  • Effective referral of cases to other organisations when appropriate
  • Effective application of the complaints procedure, if invoked

How we look after information you give us

GDPR with effect from 25th May 2018

Further to changes due in legislation regarding the processing of Personal Data and our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation, we've published our Privacy Policy which sets out the standards you can expect when we ask for or record your personal information, and explains how we'll use it.

When handling and storing clients' personal information we follow the law, including the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).
