Face to face advice

Our offices can be very busy places. Please be assured that our advisers will do their very best to see you as quickly as possible, however there can be unavoidable delays. In some circumstances we may need to arrange to call you back after the drop in session has finished.

To assist in achieving continuing improvements in client service, we have a client feedback system, which enables us to monitor each aspect of our service, from initial reception through to helpfulness of the advice interview for the client.
