Request advice by email

You can access our advice services by completing our email advice form. Please ensure that you complete all relevant fields and give as much information as possible in relation to your advice query, so that our advisers can properly assess and give you the correct information or advice response.

We will aim to answer your query in our first email response to you, but sometimes we may need to speak to you to gather further information depending on the nature of your enquiry. Please do not send multiple email advice requests and only contact us again if you have not received a response within 10 working days.

This service is not suitable to request appointments or to ask us to assist with checking forms. Please call Adviceline, or access your nearest drop-in services to assist you.

This service is for residents living in the constituencies of Wigan, Leigh or Makerfield only. If you do not live in these areas you will need to find your local Citizens Advice office to ask them to assist you with your query.
